A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE SPLITTING OF SPE-
CIAL -ASSESSMENTS ON LOTS 221 23 & 24, BD CK 13, PLYN;OUTH ADDI-
TION
WHEREAS, certain special assessments have been levied with res-
pect to certain land and said land has subsequently been subdivided,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, as follows:
That the assessment levied against the following described par-
cels, to -wit: Lots 22, 23 & 24, Block 13, Plymouth Addition, may and
shall be apportioned and divided as follows:
