RESOLUTION NO. 152 -1964
k RESOLUTION CERTIFYING TO THE COUNTY FOR COLLECTION THE
SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS OPi LOTS 30 AND 31, BLOCK 7, SPRING
BROOK PARK ADDITION
WHEREAS, certain special assessments have previously been levied
against Lots 30 and 31, Block 7, Spring Brook Park Addition, and
WHEREAS, these special assessments were formerly collected by
the City of Fridley, as the property was owned by a Church, and
WHEREAS, the property has now been purchased by an individual
and is now listed as taxable property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of
Fridley that the future payments due for Improvement Project No. SW -21
be and are hereby certified to the County for collection.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that any past payments of special assess-
ments due for Improvement Project No. SW -21 or the Regular Special
=Assessment Fund, not paid by October 1, 1964, are hereby ordered to be
certified to the County Auditor for collection.
