A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE SPLITTING OF SPECIAL
ASSESSMENTS ON LOT 35 (EX. W. 90' OF N2) (EX. N. 30' FOR ROAD),
(PARCEL 1560), AND W. 90' OF N2 OF LOT 35 (PARCEL 1570), AUDI-
TOR'S SUBDIVISION NO. 92
WHEREAS, certain special assessments have been levied with respect
to certain land and said land has subsequently be subdivided,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, as follows:
That the assessment levied against the following described parcels,
to -wit: Lot 35 (Ex. W. 90' of N2) (Ex. N. 30' for road), (Parcel 1560),
and W, 90' of N2 of Lot 35 (Parcel 1570), Auditor's Subdivision No. 92,
