RESOLUTION ADOPTING POLICY RELATIVE TO TAVERN AND BAR BUSI-
NESS IN MOON PLAZA SHOPPING CENTER
' WHEREAS, in view of the petition the City Council has re-
ceived and the expression of public attitudes,
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Fridley, that it
is the policy of this Council that it will not permit the conduct
of any tavern or bar business in the land described as the Moon
Plaza Shopping Center.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FRIDLEY THIS 17TH DAY OF AUGUST, 1964. -
