RESOLUTION NO. 159 -1964
A RESOLUTION ABATING ASSESSMENTS FOR PROJECT NO. 59 ON PARCEL
NO. 1500, BEING FART OF LOT 11, AUDITOR'S SUBDIVISION NO. 94,
AND rL_`.CING SAID ASSESSIAENT ON PARCEL NO. 1400, BEING PART OF
LOTS 9 AND 11, AUDITOR'S SUBDIVISION NO. 94.
WHEREAS, the assessment roll adopted for Project No. 59 on
July 1, 1963, by error and inadvertence, placed an assessment on
Parcel No. 1500 in the amount of :;740.04 and
WHEREAS, this assessment was intended to have been put on Par -
cel No. 1400, Auditor's Subdivision No. 94.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the assessment in the amount
of $740.04 for Project No. 59 is hereby abated on Parcel No. 1500,
Auditor's Subdivision No. 94 and is hereby applied and transferred to
Parcel No. 1400, Auditor's Subdivision No. 94 and it is the intention
that the 1963 payment due in the year 1964 in the amount of *103.60
be transferred from Parcel No. 1500, Auditor's Subdivision No. 94 to
Parcel No. 1400, kuditor's Subdivision No. 94 as well as all future
payments due.
