RESOLUTION NO. 160 -1964
A RESOLUTION WITHDRAWING THE CERTIFICATION OF THE 1962 -1
STREET ASSESSMENT ON LOT 6, BLOCK 2, MC10RE LAKE HILLS
ADDITION
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Fridley has previous-
ly agreed to withdraw the certification of the street assessment on
Lot 6, Block 2, Moore Lake Hills Addition for the 1962 -1 Street
Project,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the annual installments
previously certified to the County Auditor for collection are here-
by withdrawn,
'BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that such assessment shall remain a lien
against the property and in the event that the property should be
made into two building sites, the assessment shall be re- certified
to the County Auditor for collection.
