A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PRORATING OF SEWER SERVICE CHARGES ,
UNER CERTAIN CONDITIONS
WHEREAS, Chapter 66.08 of the City Code of Fridley, Minnesota
1963, provides in "C" for prorating the sewer charge under certain
conditions, and
WHEREAS, additional prorating of sewer charges requires auth-
orization by the City Council,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of
Fridley that:
The minimum charges for sewer service may be prorated by _
the month for any period of time less than one quarter
year, except that no refund will be made for service bill -
ed at the beginning of a quarter unless notice has been
given to the City prior to the beginning of the quarter
that the account is to be closed.
