RESOLUTION N0, 165 -1964
A RESOLUTION ORDERING CONDEMINATION FOR THE ACQUISITION OF
ADDITIONAL LAND FOR CITY HALL
WHEREAS, there is a need to acquire additional lands abutting
and surrounding the present site of the City Hall of the City of
Fridley for the purpose of parking and access.
NSW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the
City of Fridley, as follows:
1. That it is necessary for the purpose of acquiring adequate park-
ing and access to the existing City Hall site that Lots 7, 8, 9,
10 and 11, Block 2, Rees Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota, be
acquired.
2. That the attorneys for the City are authorized and directed to
acquire such lands by condemnation action in Anoka County Dis-
trict Court.
