RESOLUTION NO. 166 -1964
A RESOLUTION MAKING A TRANSFER OF FUNDS FROM THE PUBLIC
UTILITY FUND TO IMPROVEMENT BOND OF 1960 FUND, IMPROVEMENT
BOND OF 1963 FUND, AND REFUNDING BOND FUND, AND A TRANSFER
FROM THE MUNICIPAL LIQUOR FUND To THE GENERAL FUND
WHEREAS, the City Council has previously authorized certain ex-
penditures beyond the budgeted amounts allocated to the various de-
partments of the Cityts General Fund as anticipated in the 1964 bud -
get, including a new fire station building.
NOW, THEREK RE, BE IT RES (,LVED, by the City Council of the City
of Fridley, meeting at a regular session on the 17th day of "ugust,
1964, as follows:
1. That an additional transfer from the Municipal Liquor
Fund to the General Fund in the amount of 86,777.90 .
be authorized, and that the budget of the Fire Activity
of the General Fund be increased by u6,777.90.
2. That a transfer from the Public Utility Operating Fund
to the Improvement ronds of 1960 in the amount of 559312.00
be authorized for the purpose of reducing the tax levy for
the year 1964, collectible in the year 1965.
3. That a transfer from the Public Utility Operating Fund to
the Improvement Bond of 1963 Fund in the amount of
$29,644.00 be authorized for the purpose of reducing the
tax levy for the year 1964 collectible in the year 1965.
4. That a transfer from the Public Utility Operating Fund to
the Refunding Bond Fund in the amount of x$15,309.00 be
authorized for the purpose of reducing the tax levy for
the year 1964 collectible in the year 1965.
ADOPTED THIS 17TH DAY OF AUGUST, 1964, BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY.
