A RESOLUTION ON APPROPRIATION OF MUNICIPAL STATE -AID FUNDS
TO PROJECT ON T.H. k47
WHEREAS it has been deemed advisable and necessary for the City
of Fridley to participate in the cost of a construction project located
on T.H. No. 47 within the limits of said municipality, and
WHEREAS, said construction project has been approved by the Depart-
ment of Highways and identified in its records as S.P, No. 0205-12,
Agreement No. 53495 Project No. SS 5-Al City of Fridley, Minnesota.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that we do hereby appropriate from
our Municipal State -kid Street Funds the sum of ;1'86,474.97 dollars to
apply toward the construction of said project and request the Comris-
sioner of Eighways to approve this authorizs.tion
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 31ST DAY OF AUGUST, 1964 BY THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY.
