RESOLUTION NO. 173 -1964
A RESOLUTION DIRECTING PUBLICATION OF HEARING ON PROPOSED ASSESS-
MENT ROLL FOR STREET IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 1963 -1
WHEREAS, by a resolution passed by the Council on August 31, ,
1964, the City Clerk was directed to prepare a proposed assessment
of the cost of
STREET IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 1963 -1
AND WHEREAS, the Clerk has notified the Council that such proposed
assessment roll has been completed and filed in his office for public
inspection,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of
Fridley, Anoka County, Minnesota, a.s follows:
1. The City Council shall meet at the City Hall in the City of
Fridley, Anoka County, Minnesota, on the 21st day of Septem-
ber, 1964, at 5:00 o'clock P.M., to pass upon the proposed
assessment for the following named improvement
STREET IMPWVEM14T PROJECT NO. 1963 -1
2. The City Manager shall publish notices of the time and place
of the meetino in the official newspaper of the City, at least
two (2) weeks prior to such meeting.

NOTICE OF HEARING OF ASSESSMENT FOR STREET IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 1963 -1
Notice is hereby given that the Council of the City of Fridley
' will meet at the City Hall in said City on the 21st day of September,
1964, at 8:00 o'clock i-.M. to hear and pass upon all objections, if
any, to the proposed assessments in respect to the following improve-
ment, to wit:
STREET IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 1963 -1
The proposed assessment roll for each of said improvements is
now on file an6 open to public inspection by all persons interested,
in the office of the Clerk of said City.
At said hearing the Council will consider written or oral objec-
tions to the proposed assessments for each of said improvements.
The general nature of the improvements and each _of them is the
construction of street surfacing and bituminous curb and street
surfacing and concrete curb, in the lands and streets designated as
follows:
1. Van Buren Street
2. 76th Avenue
3. Able Street
4. Tennisor_ Drive
5. Taylor Street
6. Gardena Land and
Gardena Circle
7. Fillmore Street
8. Alden Way
76th Avenue to Osborne Road
Van Buren Street to =ble Street

75th Way (Northeast to plat of Pear —

The area proposed to be assessed for said improvements and each
of them is all that land benefited by said improvements or each of
them abutting on or adjacent to the above noted streets.
Said improvements will be assessed against the properties within
the above noted areas in whole or in part proportionately to each of
the lands therein contained according to the benefits received.
