FMOLUTION NO. 176 -1964
A RESOLUTION DIRECTING PREPARATION OF ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR
IMPROVEMENT - STORM SEWER IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 53
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Fridley,
Anoka County, Minnesota, as follows:
1. It is hereby determined that the assessible cost of cons-
truction with respect to the following named improvement,
to -wit:
STORM SEWER IMPROVEMENT PROJECT N0. 53
including all incidental expenses thereto is estimated at
$82,931.54•
2. The City Manager with the assistance of the City Clerk
shall forthwith calculate the proper amounts to be specially
assessed for said improvement against every assessable lot,
piece or parcel of lard benefited by said improvement
according to law.
ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY THIS
31ST DAY OF AUGUST, 1964.
