A RESOLUTION DIRECTING PUBLICATION OF HEARING ON PROPOSED
ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR STORM SEWER IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 53
WHEREAS, by a resolution passed by the Council on August 31, '
1964, the City Clerk was directed to prepare a proposed assess-
ment of the cost of Storm Sewer Improvement Project No. 53, and,
WHEREAS, the Clerk has notified the Council that such pro-
posed assessment roll has been completed and filed in his office
for public inspection,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Fridley, Anoka County, Minnesota, as follows:
1. The City Council shall meet at the City Hall in the City
of Fridley, Anoka County, Minnesota, on the 21st day of Sep-
tember, 1964, at 8:00 P.M. to pass upon the proposed assess -
went for

2. The City Manager shall publish notices of the time and
place of meeting in the official newspaper of the City at
least two (2) weeks prior to such meeting.

NOTICE OF HEARING OF ASSESSMENT FOR STORM SEWER
IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 53
' Notice is hereby given that the Council of the City of Fridley
will meet at the City Hall in said City on the 21st day of Septem-
ber, 1964, at 8:00 o'clock P.M. to hear and pass upon all objec-
tions, if any, tc the proposed assessments in respect to the follow -
ing improvement, to -wit:
STORM SEWER IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 53
The proposed assessment roll for each of said improvements is
now on file and open to public inspection by all persons interested,
in the office of the Clerk of said City.
At said hearing, the Council will consider written or oral ob-
jections to the proposed assessments for each of said improvements.
The general nature of the improvements and each of them is the
construction of storm sewer lines in the following general areas:
1. Van Buren Street - Able St., 75th Avenue and 76th Avenue
An area lying South of Osborne Road, East of the 'lest
boundary of Shaffer's Sub. #1 Addition, North of 73rd
Avenue and 'e;est of Baker Street.
2. Polk Street - Lynde Drive to the South
An area lying South of Lynde Drive, east of T.H. #65,
North of T.H. #694 (Highway ICO), and west of the ex-
tension of Fillmore Street.
The area proposed to be assessed fro said improvements and each
of them is all that land benefited by said improvements or each of
them and is the same as those listed above.
Said improvements will be assessed against the properties
within the above noted areas in whole or in part proportionately
to each of the lands therein contained according to the benefits
received.
