RESOLUTION NO. 180 -1964
A RESOLUTION DETERPiINING AND ESTABLISHING MUNICIPAL STATE AID
ROADS AND STREETS IN THE CITY OF FRIDLEY
WHEREAS, the City of Fridley is entitled to certain aids and
benefits provided by law in the location, establishment, construc-
tion and maintenance of certain reads and streets in the City of
Fridley commonly known as Municipal State Aid Streets; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary that such streets be located and desig-
nated by resolution of the Council- of the City of Fridley, and such
location and designation be approved by the State of Minnesota;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of
Fridley as follows:
1. In accordance with the requirements of the laws of the
State of Minnesota applicable thereto, the City of Fridley
does hereby locate in the City of Fridley and establish
and designate as Municipal State Aid Streets, in accordance
with the requirements of law, the following public roads
and streets, each of them to be identified by number as
follows:
MUNICIPAL STATE —AID STREET NO. 318 - 49th Avenue N.E. from
Main Street (County S.A.
#%102) to Trunk Highway
#47.
MUNICIPAL STATE -,AID STREET NO. 319 - Hathaway Lane from Central
Avenue (County Rd. No. 35)
to Matterhorn Drive

2. That a true and correct copy of this resolution and the
location, designation and numbering of Municipal State Aid
Streets in the City of Fridley as determined by this resolu-
tion may and shall be forwarded by the City Clerk as provided
by law to the State of Minnesota; and upon the approval and
consent of the State of Minnesota thereto, the determination
and designation herein made shall be full and complete with-
out further fact or resolution of the Council.
