A RESOLUTION DIRECTING PREPARATION OF ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR
SEWER AND WATER IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 61
BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Fridley,
Anoka County, Minnesota, as follows:
1. It is hereby determined that the assessable cost of cons-
truction with respect to the following named improvement,
to —wit:
SEWER AND WATER IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 61
including all incidental expenses thereto is estimated at
$41,232.30.
2. The City Manager with the assistance of the Clerk shall
forthwith calculate the proper amounts to be specially asses-
sed for said improvement against every assessable lot, piece
or parcel of land benefited by said improvement according
to law.
