RESOLUTION NO. 182 -1964
A RESOLUTION DIRECTING PREPARATION OF ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR
IMFROVEMENT Pf3)JECT 1961,, SEHVI'CE CONNECTIVNS
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Fridley, Anoka
County, Minnesota, as follows:
1. It is hereby determined that the assessable cost of
construction with respect to the following named improve-
ment, to -wit:
A. The 1964 Sewer and Water Main Laterals and Service
Connections, including all incidental expenses thereto
is in the sum of $181,272.11.
2. The City Manager with the assistance of the City Clerk
shall forthwith calculate the proper amounts to be specially
assessed for said improvement against every assessable lot,
piece or parcel of land benefited by said improvement accord-
ing to law.
ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY THIS 8TH
DAY OF SEPTEMBER, 1964.
