A RESOLUTION DIRECTING PUBLICATION OF HEARING ON PROPOSED ASSESS-
MENT ROLL FOR SEWER AND WATER IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 61
WHEREAS, by a resolution passed by the Council on September 8,
1964, the City Clerk was directed to prepare a proposed assessment of
the cost of SavIER AIQD WATER IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 61, and
WHEREAS, the Clerk has notified the Council that such proposed
assessment roll has been completed and filed in his office for public
inspection.
NCW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City
of Fridley, Anoka County, Minnesota, as follows:
1. The City Council shall meet at the City Hall in the City
of Fridley, Anoka County, Minnesota, on the 5th day of Ceto-
her, 1964, at 8:00 o'clock P.M. to pass upon the proposed
assessment for the following named improvement:
SEWER AND WATER IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 61
2. The City Manager shall publish notices of the time and place
of meeting in the official newspaper of the City, at least two
(2) weeks prior to such meeting.
ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY THIS 8TH
DAY OF SEPTEMBER, 1964.

NOTICE OF HEARING OF ASSESSMENT
SEWER AND WATER IMPROVEMENT PROJECT N0. 61
NOTICE IS HEREBY given that the Council of the City of Fridley
will meet at the City Hall in said City on the 5th day of October,
1964, at 3:00 P."I., to hear and pass upon all objections, if any,
to the proposed assessments in respect to the following improvements,
to -wit:
SEWER AND WATER IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 61
The proposed assessment _oll for each of said improvements
is now on file and open to public inspection by all persons interest-
ed, in the office of the Clerk of said City.
At said hearing, the Council will consider written or oral ob-
jections to the proposed assessments for each of said improvements.
The general nature of the improvements and each of them is the
construction of sanitary sewer mains and connecting lines and water
mains and connection lines in the lands and streets designated in
manner as follows:
1. Bacon Drive - Onondago to 75th Avenue
2. 60th Avenue - Oakwood Manor to Benjamin Street
3. 7th Street - Cheri Lane to Highway #100
4. 7th Street - Highway ,'710C to 58th F:venue
5. 76th Avenue - Central Avenue to Arthur Street
6. Arthur Street - 66th Avenue to 67th '+venue
7. Anoka Street - 66th Avenue to 67th Avenue
8. West Moore Lake Drive - 61st Avenue to Carol Drive
9. 61st Avenue - Star Lane to Highway 7:47
The area proposed to be assessed for said improvements and each
of them is all that land benefited by said improvements or each of
them and lying within the area bounded by the following i_nes:
All that area abutting on or lying adjacent to the above
named Street.
Said improvements will be assessed against the properties with
in the above noted areas in whole or in part proportionately to each
of the lands therein contained according to the benefits received.
The total cost of the improvement is $41,055.89.
