RESOLUTION NO. 185 -1964
A RESOLUTION DIRECTING PUBLICATION OF HEARING ON PROPOSED
ASSESSMENT ROLL ZOR 1964 SERVICE CONNECTIONS
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Fridley, Anoka
County, Minnesota, as follows:
1. The City Council shall meet at the City Hall in the City
of Fridley, Anoka County, Minnesota on the 28th day of Septem-
ber, 1964, at 8:00 o'clock P.M. to pass upon the proposed
assessment for the foilOwing named improvement.

2. The City Manager shall publish notices of the time and
place of meeting in the official newspaper of the City, at
least two (2) weeks prior to such meeting.

NOTICE OF HEARING OF ASSESSMENT FOR WATER AND SEWER
MAIN LATERALS AND SERVICE CONNECTIONS
Notice is hereby given that the Council of the City of Fridley
will meet at the City Hall in said City on the 28th day of September,
1964, at 8:00 o'clock i.M. to hear and pass upon all objections, if
any, to the proposed assessments in respect to the following improve-
ment, to -wit:
1964 WATER AND SEWER MAIN LATERALS AND SERVICE
CONNECTIONS NOT HERETOFORE FURNISHED AND AVAILABLE
The proposed assessment roll for each of said improvements is
now on file and open to public inspection by all persons interested,
in the office of the Clerk of said City.
At said hearing, the Council will consider written or oral objec-
tions to the proposed assessments for each of said improvements.
The general nature of the improvements and each of them is the
construction and furnishing of sewer main laterals and service connec-
tions and water main laterals and service connections in and to the
properties as follows:
