RESOLUTION NO. 191 -1964
A RESOLUTION ORDERING FINAL PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR
STORM SEWER PROJECT NO. 71
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 190 -1964 of the City Council adopted
the 8th day of September, 1964, set the date for hearing on the pro-
posed improvements, as specifically noted in the Notice of Hearing
attached hereto for reference as Exhibit "A ", and
WHEREAS, all of the property owners whose property is liable
to be assessed with the making of these improvements (as noted in
said notice) are to be given ten (10) days published notice of the
Council Hearing through two (2) weekly publications of the required
notice, and the hearing will be held and the property owners will be
heard thereon at the hearing, as noted in said notice.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of
Fridley, Anoka County, Minnesota, as follows:
1. That the Final Plans and Specifications for the following
improvements proposed by Council Resolution No. 190 -1964 are
hereby ordered.
a. All of the improvements as noted in the notice of
hearing on the same as are noted (in Exhibit "A ") in
said notice.
That the work above may be consolidated with other areas as -
one improvement.
2. Comstock and Davis, Inc., Consulting Engineers, are hereby
designated as the 'En ineers for this improvement. They shall
prepare final plans -and specifications for the making of such
improvement.
ADOPTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY CiF FRIDLEY THIS 8TH DAY
OF SEPTEMBER, 1964.

NOTICE uF HEARING ON IMPROVEMENTS
STURM^: SEWER PROJECT ##71
' WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Fridley, Anoka County,
Minnesota, has deemed it necessary and expedient that the improve-
ments hereinafter described be made.
NOW, THEREFORE, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT on the 5th day of
October, 1964, at 8:00 o'clock P.N_., the City Council will meet at
the City Hall in said City, and will at said time, and place, hear
all parties interested in said improvements in whole or in part.
The general nature of the improvements is the construction (in
the lands and streets noted below) of the following improvements,
to —wit:
CONSTRUCTION ITEM
Storm Sewer and appurtenances in and serving the area bounded as:
Commencing at the intersection of 64th Avenue N.E. and T.H. #47
(University Avenue N.E.), thence east along 64th Avenue N.E. to
5th Street N.E., thence north along 5th Street N.E. to Missis-
sippi Street, thence east on Mississippi Street to 7th Street,
thence north on 7th Street to 67th Avenue N.E., thence west on
67th =avenue N.E. to 4th Street N.E., thence north on 4th Street
N.E. to Rice Creek Terrace, thence northerly and westerly on
Rice Creek Terrace to 2nd Street N.E., thence south on 2nd
Street N.F. and 2nd Street N.E. extended southerly to Satellite
Lane, thence easterly on Satellite Lane to T.H. #r47 (University
Avenue) to the place of beginning.

The area proposed to be assessed for such improvement for all or
a portion of the cost cf the improvement is the property contained
within the area above described.
