RESOLUTION NO. 192 -196L
A RESOLUTION RECEIVING PRELIMINARY REPORT AND ORDERING FINAL
PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS — SANITARY SEWER PROJECT NO. 72
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Fridley, Anoka County,
Minnesota, has deemed it necessary and expedient that a sanitary
sewer installation be relocated and modified as suggested by the Con-
sulting Engineers, and to be known as Sanitary Sewer Prcject No. 72.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City
of Fridley, Minnesota, that the preliminary report of Comstock and
Davis, Inc., the Consulting Engineers for the City of Fridley, and
concerning Sanitary Sewer Project No. 72, be received, and that said
Consulting Engineers be ordered to prepare the final plans and speci-
fications for said rroject.
