RESOLUTION NO. 199 -1964
A RESOLUTION ON POLICY OF THE CITY TO REQUIRE CONCRETE CURB
AND GUTTER ON ALL STREET IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, heretofore the City Council has allowed petitioners
for street improvements to indicate in the alternative whether or
not the street should be served by concrete curb and gutter or by
asphalt curb and gutter, and
WHEREAS, experience and time has indicated that it is to the
best interests of the City and of individual property holders to
have concrete curb and gutter rather than asphalt curb and gutter.
NOW, THEREFC)RE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Fridley, Minnesota, that hereafter it will be the policy of the
City of Fridley to require concrete curb and gutter on all street
improvements.
ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY THIS
21ST DAY OF SEPTEMBER, 1964.
