A RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH MINNESOTA HIGHWAY
DEPARTMENT ON S.P. 0205 -16 (T.H. #47) - AGREEMENT NO. 54321
BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Fridley enter into an agreement
with the State of Minnesota, Department of Highways for the following
purposes, to -wit:
to provide for payment by the State to the City of Fridley
of part of the cost of constructing storm sewer facilities
on Trunk Highway No. 47, and the relocation of City sani-
tary sewer facilities at Rice Creek to be performed in
accordance ,r th City plans designated as Projects P1o. 71
and 72.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Manager be and they
hereby are authorized to execute such agreement.
