A RESOLUTION DIRECTING PREPARATION CF ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR
THE REASSESSMENT OF THE STOR1,; SEWER PORTION OF SCHEDULE B
OF SANITARY SEWER AND STORM SEWER IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 21+
BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Fridley,
Anoka County, M..innesota, as follows:
1. It is hereby determined that the assessable cost of con-
struction with respect to the following named improve-
ment, to wit:
SANITARY AND STORM SEWER IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 24
(STORM SEWER PORTION OF SCHEDULE B)
including all incidental expenses thereto is estimated
at $338,512.34.
2. The City Manager with the assistance of the Clerk shall
forthwith calculate the proper amounts to be specially
assessed for the reassessment of said improvement against
every assessable lot, piece or parcel of land benefited
by said improvement according to law.
