AI1D WHEREP.S, the Clerk has notified the Council that such pro- posed assessment roll has been completed and filed in his office for public inspection, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL uF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY, NOKA COUNTY, MINIZSOTA, as follows: 1. The City Council shall meet at the City Hall in the City of Fridley, Anoka County, Minnesota, on the 2nd day of November, 1964, at `_?:00 P.M., to pass upon the proposed assessment for the following named im- provement: SANITARY AND STORM SEINER IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 24 (STORM SEWER 1ti)RTION OF SCHEDULE B) 2. The City Manager shall publish notices of the time and place of meetin in the official newspaper of the City, at least two (2� weeks prior to such meeting. Nee RESULUTION NO 213 -1961, lContinued) CITY OF FRIDLEY AUCKA COUNTY, MINNESOT'- NOTICE OF HL`:RING OF REASSESSMENT FOR SANITARY AND STORM SEWrEa IMPHOM4ENT PROJECT- NO. 24 (STORM SEWER 1URTION OF SCHEDULE B) Notice is hereby given that the Council of the City of Fridley will meet at the City Hall in said City on the 2nd day of November, 1964) at 8:00 P.M. to hear and pass upon all objections, if any, to the proposed assessments in respect to the following improvement, to -wit: SANITARY AND STORM SE..'ER IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 24 (STORM SEWER KRTION OF SCHEDULE B) The proposed assessment roll for each of said improvements is now on £i'_e and open to public inspection by all persons interested, in the office of the Clerk of said City. At said hearing, the Council will consider written or oral objections to the proposed assessments for each of said improvements. The general nature of the improvements and each of them is the cons- tructing of Sanitary Sewer '.Mains and Connecting Lines, Storm Sewer Mains and Connecting Lies in the lands and streets designated in manner as follows: All those streets or lands lying within the City of Fridley and located north of County Road "H", East of Central Avenue, Couth of 73rd ':venue and West of the East City Limits. The area proposed to be assessed for said improvements and each of them is all that land benefited by said improvements or each of them and lying within the area bounded by the following lines: Described as follows: All that land'lying within the City of Fridley and lying North'of County Road "H ", East of Central Ave- nue, South of 73rd :':venue, and :,lest of the 3ast City Limits, more particularly described as the aG of SE4i Section 12, Township 30, Range 24. Said improvements will be assessed against the properties within the above noted areas in whole or in part proportionately to each of the lands therein contained according to the benefits received.
