RESOLUTION NO. 214 -1964
A RESOLUTION CERTIFYING CHARGES TU THE COUNTY AUDITOR TO
BE LEVIED AGAINST CERTAIN PROPERTIES 1ti R COLLECTION WITH
THE TAXES PAYABLE IN 1965 - LOT 17, AUD. SUB. NO. 92
WHEREAS, a nuisance condition has been found to exist on Lot 17,
Auditor's Subdivision No. 92, and
WHEREAS, the owner of such property was given notice to abate
such nuisance, and
WHEREAS, the owner of such property did not abate such nuisance
and the City of Fridley, under authority of Section 145.23 Minnesota
State Statutes of 1953 did therefore abate the nuisance at a total
cost of ;195.00.
NUT+4 THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Clerk is hereby
authorized and directed to certify to the County Auditor for collec-
tion with the taxes payable in 1965, the charges as listed below:
Lot 17, Auditor's Subdivision No. 92 -
Cleared open foundation and cleaned lot $95.00
