RESOLUTION NO. 215 -1964
A RESOLUTION CERTIFYING CHARGES TO THE COUNTY AUDITOR TO
BE LEVIED AGAINST CERTAIN PROPERTIES FOR COLLECTION WITH
THE TAXES P:YiaBLE IN 1965 — LOT 19, BLOCK 24, HYDE PARK
WHEREAS, a nuisance condition has been found to exist on
Lot 19, Block 24, Hyde Park Addition, and
WHEREAS, the owner of such property was given notice to abate
such nuisance, and
WHEREAS, the owner of such property did not abate such nui-
sance and the City of Fridley, under authority of Section 145.23
Minnesota State Statute of 1953 did therefore abate the nuisance
at a total cost of ',140.00
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Clerk is hereby
authorized and directed to certify to the County =auditor for col-
lection with the taxes payable in 1965, the charges as listed be-
low:
Lot 19, Block 24, Hyde Park Addition
Truck Box burned and buried 05.00
Pit Privey buried and cleared 20.00
House cleared 85.00
TOTAL: ;140.00
ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY THIS 5TH
DAY OF OCTOBER, 1964.
