RESOLUTION NO. 210 -1264
A RESOLUTION ABATING ASSESSMENTS ON LOT 3, BDiGK 11, SPRING
BROOK PI_RK ADDITION AND PLACING S= -ID ASSESSMENT ON LOT 2,
BLACK 11, SPRING BROOK PARK ADDITION
WHEREAS, the assessment roll adopted for the 1962 Service Con-
nections on August 27, 1962, by error and inadvertance, placed an
assessment on Lot 3, Block 11, Spring Brook Park P.ddition in the
amount of $345.90, and
WHEREAS, this assessment was intended to be levied on Lot 2,
Block 11, Spring Brook Park Addition.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of
Fridley, that the assessment in the amount of 5345.90 for the Ser-
vice Connections is hereby abated on Lot 3, Block 11, Spring Brook
Park Addition, and it is the intention that the 1963 payment due in
the year 1964 in the amount 642.79 be transferred from Lot 3,
Block 11, to Lot 2, Block 11, Spring hrook "Park �_ddition, as well as
all future payments due.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FRIDLEY THIS 5TH DAY OF OCTOBER, 1964•
