RESOLUTION NO. 220 -1964
A RESOLUTION ABATING CERTAIN SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS ON LOT 14,
BLOCK 2, HORIZON HEIGHTS ADDITION
WHEREAS, Lot 14, Block 2, Horizon Heights Addition, a corner lot,
was charged for a water lateral assessment in the year 1957 for the
privilege of connecting onto the.water main line on 53rd Avenue North-
east, and
WHEREAS, Lot 14, Block 2, Horizon Heights Addition was also charged
for a water lateral service in the amount of 1'318.06 under Project
No. 16 in the year 1959.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the Cite of
Fridley, that the assessment in the amount of 4318.06 on Lot 14,
Block 2, Horizon Heights Addition, is hereby abated.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FRIDLEY THIS 5TH DAY OF OCTOBER, 1964.
