A RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR A BIENNIAL FEE SCHEDULE FOR
DOG REGISTRATION PURSUANT TO SECTION 61.02 CF THE FRID-
LEY CITY CODE
WHEREAS, Section 61.02 of the City Code of the City of Frid-
ley relates to a compulsory system of registration of dogs within
the City, and
14THEREAS, said Section 61.02 provides that the City Council
shall determine the biennial fee to be charged.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Fridley that the following schedule of fees shall - apply:
a. Female dogs - - - - - - - - - - $ 3.00
b. Spayed female dogs - - - - - - 3.00
c. Male dogs - - - - - - - - - - - 3.00
The City will credit any of the above fees with $3.00
for any person registering their dog under Section 61.02 where
the identical dog has already a permanent registration under the
old Ordinance.
ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY CF FRIDLEY THIS
19TH DAY OF OCTOBER, 1964.
