A RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR PAYMENT BY CITY TO STATE OF
PART �_F COST uF TRUNK HIGHWAY NO. 47 - STATE PROJECT
NO. 0205-15 (AGREI]MENT NO. 54327)
BE IT RESOLVED that the City enter into an agreement with the
State of Minnesota, Department of Highways for the following pur-
poses, to wit:
To provide for payment by the City to the State of part
of the cost of Trunk Highway No. 47 to be constructed by
the State in accordance with plans therefore designated
as State Project No. 0205 -15. (Agreement No. 54327)
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Manager be
and they hereby are authorized to execute such agreement.
