A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE SPLITTING OF SPECIAL
ASSESSMENTS ON LOT 11, BLOCK 5, CITY VIEW ADDITION AND LOTS 12,
15, 16 AND 17 (EX. E. 91 OF LOT 16 & ALL OF LOT 17 TO CITY OF
FRIDLEY), BIIJCK 5, CITY VIEvd ADDITION
WHEREAS, certain special assessments have been levied with respect '
to certain land and said land has subsequently been subdivided.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, as follows:
That the assessment levied against the following described par-
cels, to -wit: Lot 11, Block 5, City View rddition and Lots 12, 15, 16
and 17 (Ex. E. 9' of Lot 16 and -all of Lot 17 to City of Fridley),
Block 5, City View ':edition, may and shall be apportioned and divided as
follows:
