A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE SPLITTING OF
SPECI_S, ASSESSMENTS ON LOT 7, BLOCK 4, SHAFFER'S SUB. #1
AND N2 OF LOT 8, BLOCK 4, SHAFFER'S SUB. #1
WHEREAS, certain special assessment have been levied with res-
pect to certain land and said land has subsequently been subdivided,
That the assessment levied against the following described par-
cels, to -wit: Lot 7, Block 4, Shaffer's Sub. nl and N2 of Lot 8,
Block 4, Shaffer's Sub. #1, may and shall be apportioned and divided
