A RESOLUTION RECEIVING PRELIMINARY PLANS AND SPECIFICA_
TIONS AND C21LING A PUBLIC HEARING ON THE MATTER OF THE
CONSTRUCTION uF CERTAIN IMPROVEMENTS: STORM SEWER NO. 73
' WHEREAS, the construction of certain improvements is deemed
to be in the interest of the City of Fridley and the property
owners affected thereby.
BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Fridley
as follows:
1. That the preliminary report submitted by Comstock
and Davis, Incorporated is hereby received and
accepted.
2. That this Council will meet on the 16th day of
November, 1964, at 8:00 o'clock P.M. at the City
Hall in the City of Fridley for the purpose of
holding a Public Hearing on the improvement noted
in the Notice attached hereto and made a part
thereof by reference, Exhibit "A ".
3. That the area proposed to be assessed for said im-
provements and each of them as noted in said no-
tice are all the lands and areas as noted in said
notice; all of the same to be assessed proportio-
nately according to the benefits - received.
' 4. That the City Manager is authorized and directed to
give notice of such Public Hearing by publishing a
notice thereof in the official newspaper of the City
of Fridley according to law, such notice to be sub-
stantially in the form and substance of the notice
attached hereto as "Exhibit A".

NOTICE OF HEARING ON IMPROVEMENTS
STORb1 SEWER PROJECT 03
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Fridley, Anoka County,
Minnesota, has deemed it necessary and expedient that the improve-
ments hereinafter described be made.
NOW, THEREFORE, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT on the 16th day of
November, 1964, at 8:00 o'clock P.M., the City Council will meet at
the City Hall in said City, and will at said time, and place, hear
all parties interested in said improvements in whole or in part.
The general nature -of the improvements is the construction (in
the lands and streets noted below) of the following improvements,
to wit:

Storm sewer and appurtenances in and serving the area bounded
as:
Commencing at the intersection of 53rd Avenue N.E. and
University Avenue N.E. (T.H. #47), thence east on 53rd
Avenue N.E. to ;v'_adison Street as platted in Oak Hill
Addition, thence north on Madison Street and Madison
Street extended to M�idison Street as platted in Temple
Terrace 2nd Addition, thence north on Yadison Street
and 'dadison Street extended to T.H. #694 (T.H. 1,-100)5
thence west on T.H. #'694 (T.H. #100) to its intersection
with University Avenue N.E. (T.H. x,147), thence south on
University :':venue N.E. (T.H. //47) to its intersection
with 53rd '.venue N.E., the place of beginning.

The area proposed to be assessed for such improvement for all
