RESOLUTION NO. 247 -1164
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING 11D DIRECTING THE CORRECTION OF AN
ERROR IN THE SPLITTING OF SPECIAL ASSESSMEDITS ON LOTS 1 THRU
11 AND LOTS 20 THRU 30, BLOCK 13, HAMILTON'S ADDITION TO
MECHANICSVlLLE
WHEREAS, Lots 1 thru 11 and Lots 20 thru 30, Block 13, Hamil-
ton's Addition to Mechanicsville were at one time listed on the
same assessment card and were taxed as one unit, and
WHEREAS, several of the lots have been split off from the ori-
ginal description, and
WHEREAS, certain errors have been made in splitting the assess-
ments,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City
of Fridley, that the assessments on the following described parcels
be increased as follows:
Lot 1
and the North
2 of Lot 2

Lot 2 and all
