A RESOLUTION AUTHGRIZING AND DIRECTING THE SPLITTING OF SPECIAL
ASSESSMENTS ON LOT 20 (EX. S. 301), PARCEL 1140, AUDITOR'S SUBDI-
VISION NO. 92
WHEREAS, certain special assessment have been levied with respect
to certain land and said land has subsequently been subdivided.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, as follows:
That the assessment levied against the following described parcels,
to —wit: Lot 20 (Ex. S. 301), Parcel 1140, Auditor's Subdivision #92,
may and shall be apportioned and divided as follows:
