RESOLUTION NO. 26 -1964
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE SPLITTING OF SPECIAL
ASSESSMENTS ON PARCELS 160, 200, 240, AND 300, AUDITOR'S SUB. 4108
WHEREAS, certain special assessments have been levied with respect to
certain land and said land has subsequently been subdivided,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, as follows:
That the assessment levied against the following described parcels,
to -wit: Parcels 160, 200, 240, and 300, Auditor's Subdivision No. 108,
may and shall be apportioned and divided as follows:
