A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE SPLITTING OF SPECIAL
ASSESSMENTS ON PARCEL 3400, ITEM I BEINTG TIdO PARTS OF LOT 37,
ONE ON THE E. AND ONE ON THE W. SIDE OF EAST RIVER ROAD, AUDI-
TOR'S SUBDIVISION NO. 39 ,
WHEREAS, certain special assessments have been levied with respect
to certain land and said land has subsequently been subdivided.
NO4, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, as follows:
That the assessment levied against the following described parcels,
to -wit: PARCEL 3400, ITEM I BEING TWO PARTS OF LOT 37, ONE ON THE E.
AND ONE ON THE W. SIDE OF THE EAST RIVER ROAD, AUDITOR'S SUBDIVISION 39.
