A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE SPLITTIYIG OF SPECIAL
ASSES3`.ENT5 ON LOTS 3, 4, 5 & 33 TO 37 INCL., BL(;CK 6, FRIDLEY
PARK, LOTS 61 7 & 8, BLOCK 6, FRIDLEY PARK AND LOT 38, BLOCK 6,
FRIDLEY PARK
WHEREAS, certain special assessments have been levied with respect
to certain land and said land has subsequently been subdivided,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, as follows:
That the assessment levied against the following described parcels,
to -wit: Lots 3, 4, 5 and 33 to 37 Incl., Block 6, Fridley Park, Lots 6,
7 & 8, Block 6, Fridley Park, and Lot 38, Block 6, Fridley Park, may and
shall be apportioned and divided as follows:
