A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE SPLITTING OF SPECIAL
ASSESSIVINTS ON LOTS 11, 12, 13 & 14, BLOCK R, RIVERVIEW HEIGHTS
WHEREAS, certain special assessments have been levied with res-
pect to certain land and said land has subsequently been subdivided,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, as follows:
That the assessment levied against the following described par-
cels, to -wit: Lots 11, 12, 13 and 14, Block R, Riverview Heights,
may and shall be apportioned and divided as follows:
