A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE COMBINING OF CERTAIN
SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS ON LOT 10, BLOCK D, LOT 11, BLOCK D, AND
LOT 12, BLOCK D, RIVERVIEW HEIGHTS
WHEREAS, certain special assessments have been levied with res-
pect to certain land and said land has subsequently been combined.
NOW, THEREF'JRE BE IT RESOLVED, as follows:
That the assessment levied against the following described par-
cels, to –wit: Lot 10, Block D, Lot 11, Block D, and lot 12, Block D,
Riverview Heights, may and shell be apportioned and combined as fol-
lows:
