RESOLUTION NO. 267 -1964
A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING 53RD, 63RD, 64TH AVENUES AND 5TH
STREET AS STATE AID STREETS
'AREAS, it appears to the City Council of the City of Fridley
that the streets hereinafter described should be designated the
Municipal State Aid Streets under the provisions of Minnesota Laws
of 1959, Chapter 500:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of Fridley,
County of Anoka that the roads described as follows, to -wit:
Municipal State Aid
Street No. 319
Municipal State Aid
Street No. 320
Municipal State Aid
Street No. 321
53rd Avenue from Main Street
(County S.A. #102) to Trunk
Highway ; 47
64th Avenue from Trunk Highway
#47 to 5th Street and 5th Street
from 64th Avenue to Mississippi
Street (County Road ,;`6)
63rd Avenue from Trunk Highway #f47
to 7th Street (Municipal State Aid

be and hereby are established -, located, and designated the Municipal
State Aid Streets of said City, subject to the approval of the Commis-
sioner of Highways of the State of Vinnesota.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk is hereby authorized
and directed to forward two certified copies of this resolution to the
Commissioner of Highways for his consideration, and that upon his ap-
proval of the designation of said roads or portion thereof, that same
be constructed, improved and maintained as the Municipal. State Aid
Streets of the City of Fridley, to be numbered and known as Municipal
State Aid Streets #319, #320, #321.
