A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE COMBINING OF CER-

WHERE'S, certain special assessments have been levied with
respect to certain land and said land has subsequently been com-
bined.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, as follows:
That the assessment levied against the following described

division No. 94, may and shall be apportioned and combined as
