WHEREAS, certain special assessments have been levied with res-
pect to certain land and said land has subsequently been combined,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, as follows:
That the assessment levied against the following described par-
cels, to -wit: N2 of Lot 35 (Ex. W. 901), Parcel 1565, and W. 90' of
N2 of Lot 35 (Ex. part to Nickolson), Parcel 1570, Auditor's Subdivi-
