A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE SPLITTING OF SPE-
CIAL ASSESSMENTS ON LOT 13, BLOCK 1, HORIZON HEIGHTS
WHEREAS, certain special assessments have been levied with res-
pect to certain land and said land has subsequently been subdivided.
NLW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, as follows:
That the assessment levied against the following described par-
cel, to -wit: Lot 13, Block 1, Horizon Heights, may and shall be ap-
portioned and divided as follows:
