A RESOLUTION CERTIFYING CHARGES TO THE COUNTY AUDITOR TO BE
LEVIED AGAINST CERTIIN PROPERTIES FOR COLLECTION WITH THE
TAXES PAYABLE IN 1965 - LOTS 13 -16, BLOCK V, RIVERVIEW HEIGHTS
WHEREAS, a nuisance condition has been found to exist on Lots
139 14, 15 and 16, Block V. Riverview Heights Addition, and
WHEREAS, the owner of such property was given notice to abate
such nuisance, and
WHEREAS, the owner of such property did not abate such nuisance
and the City of Fridley, under authority of Section 145.23 Minnesota
State Statute of 1953 did therefore abate the nuisance at a total
cost of £125.00.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Clerk is hereby
authorized and directed to certify to the County Auditor for collec-
tion with the taxes payable in 1965, the charges as listed below:
Lot 13, Block V, Riverview Heights Addition 31.25
Lot 14, Block V, Riverview Heights Addition 31.25
Lots.15 & 16, Block V, Riverview Heights Addition 62.50

Cleaned Up and Filled Vault 25,00
TOTAL: 2 00
