RESOLUTION NO. 288 -1964
A RESOLUTION CERTIFYING CHARGES TO THE COUNTY AUDITOR TO BE
LEVIED AGAINST CERTAIN PROPERTIES FOR COLLECTION WITH THE
TAXES PAYABLE IN 1965 - BLOCK 24, HYDE PARK ADDITION
WHEREAS, a nuisance condition has been found to exist on the
North z of Lot 22, all of Lot 23, and the Smith z of Lot 24, Block
24, Hyde Park Addition, and
WHEREAS, the owner of such property was given notice to abate
such nuisance, and
WHEREAS, the owner of such property did not abate such nuisance
and the City of Fridley, under authority of Section 145.23 Minnesota
State Statute of 1953 did therefore abate the nuisance at a total
cost of $75.00.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Clerk is hereby
authorized and directed to certify to the County Auditor for collec-
tion with the taxes payable in 1965, the charges as listed below:
Ni of Lot 22 & all of Lot 23, Block 24, Hyde Park Add. $ 56.25
Sj of Lot 24, Block 24, Hyde Park Add. 18.75
TOTAL: Lyj .00
Boarding up house 50.00
Filling in pit 25.00
TOTAL: 75.00
ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY THIS 21ST
DAY OF DECEMBER, 1964.
