A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE SPLITTING OF
SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS ON LOT 43, BLOCK K, RIVERVIEW HEIGHTS
_ WHEREAS, certain special assessments have been levied with respect to
