RESOLUTION NO. 62 -1964
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE SPLITTING OF SPECIAL
ASSESSMENTS ON LOTS 14,15,16, AND 17 (E#. N. 190'), BROOKVIEW ADDITION
WHEREAS, certain special assessments have been levied with respect to
certain land and said land has subsequently been subdivided,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, as follows:
That the assessment levied against the following described parcels,
to -wit: Lots 14, 15, 16, and 17 (Ex. N. 190'), Brookview Addition, may
and shall be apportioned and divided as follows:
