A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE SPLITTINU OF-SPECIAL
ASSESSMENTS ON LOT 24 (EX. S. 100'), PARCEL 1240, BROOKVIEW ADDITION
WHEREAS, certain special assessments have been levied with respect to
certain land and said land has subsequently been subdivided,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, as follows:
That the assessment levied against the following described parcels,
to -wit: Lot 24, (Ex. S. 100'), Parcel 1240, Brookview Addition, may and
shall be apportioned and divided as follows:
