RESOLUTION NO. 70 -1964
RESOLUTION ORDERING THE IMPROVEMENT - PROJECT NO. SS -5A
WHEREAS, on the 13th day of April, 1964, a public hearing was duly
held in connection with Project SS -5A at the Hayes School in the City of
Fridley, and
WHEREAS, the hearing was duly closed at approximately 10:00 o'clock
P.M., and by resolution and unanimous action of the Council, it was
determined that the question of whether or not the improvement should
be made would be continued to the Council meeting of April 20, 1964.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FRIDLEY, MINNESOTA:
1. That the improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the
Council resolution adopted March 2, 1964.
ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY THIS 20TH
DAY OF_APRIL, 1964.
